LEED-EB(OM) for Multi-Tenant Buildings & Sustainable Portfolio Management

This month we welcome Margot Crosman and Brett Phillips from Unico Properties. Margot is the General Manager of 100 Pine, the first LEED-EB multi-tenant office building in the State of California. Margot also serves as President of the San Francisco chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She will talk about navigating the LEED-EB process and what factors led to its successful retrofit.
Brett Phillips will also join Margot for a discussion of Unico's portfolio management strategy, and how the two of them have adapted it to encompass energy management and sustainability measures to drive bottom line returns. Brett is Unico’s Sustainability Project Manager and has helped lead seven LEED-EB (OM) projects in 2009. He will join Margot for a discussion on using LEED to complement portfolio management strategies aimed at achieving high performance building operations that deliver triple bottom line benefits.”
