The Northern California chapter of Docomomo will present its October heritage lecture on the works of 20th century architect Gardner A. Dailey, a prominent figure in the Bay Area known for his creation of the Second Bay Tradition style. His most recognized works include the Red Cross Headquarters, the Brazil Building on Treasure Island, buildings at UC Berkeley and the Marin Luther King Middle School. Doors open at 5:30 pm and the lecture will begin at 6 pm.
