New: DWR Tools for Living Stores

Design Within Reach announced today that it will open two stand-alone retail stores in September dedicated to selling Tools for Living, a line of products for everyday use.
DWR introduced part of the line last year as a DWR version of a general store, with items of commonplace use like the Neuton battery powered mower (above) and the Adónde dessert spoons (below).
The 800 products in the line will available online in August, with a catalog to follow in October.
Unlike existing DWR outlets, the Tools for Living stores (142 Wooster Street in Manhattan and 332 Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles) will be cash and carry.
