Space Solution: Vertical Patio

From convertible furniture to all-in-one kitchen islands, space-savvy design has taken the market by storm. But the problems of cramped living can follow homeowners outdoors, too, begging the question: ‘How do you squeeze the most out of a small yard?’
Seattle-based studio Pique designed the Vertical Patio as a solution. With a foldaway bar and seating area—not to mention a hot tub door that converts into a dining table—the Patio maximizes both space and function, giving the homeowner full control over his or her social environment.
