Premium kitchen appliance manufacturer Gaggenau just changed the definition of luxury. The European company’s First Professionals line offers a surprisingly substantial cost savings by packaging the essential kitchen elements together. For around $15k, culinary consumers get a 30-inch convection oven, 36-inch refrigerator, 36-inch cooktop (gas or electric) with wall hood, and a 24-inch dishwasher.
Mind you, these aren’t cheap scaled down versions of the premium label’s normal wares. First Professional appliances feature the same stainless steel finishes, upscale details, and high-performance as the rest of their line. Customers also have the choice of adding other options a la carte, such as an integrated automatic coffee machine and 30-inch warming drawer.
