Only the Esque
Known for creating pieces that blur the line between functional design and art, designers Andi Kovel and Justin Parker's Slump Vases for Esque are colorful, memorable, and just plain fun to use. The vases come in 12" ($348), 14" ($598), and 18" ($898) sizes, and a range of colors including blue, fuschia, and orange (we are partial to the orange—imagine it holding blooms of varying shades of orange and yellow, or, for contrast, filled with emerald green foliage like salal). Made to order, by hand, in Portland, Oregon.
Designed by Andi Kovel, these handmade salt & pepper shakers are made from recycled glass. The glass is blown to order and each is individually shaped, so no two shakers will be alike.
Portland, Oregon's Esque studio uses recycled glass to make this water drop–shaped jug. And their committment to green design extends even further—the forms are processed in an electric furnace powered by wind energy.
Another beautiful handcrafted addition to the Esque line, the "Coolade" pitcher and glasses are quite cool, indeed. We like the slightly vintage feel to the narrow styling and the saturated hues. Designed by Andi Kovel, the pitcher stands 14" tall and the cups are 5-6" (due to their handcrafted nature, sizing will vary slightly). Each piece is handmade in Portland, Oregon at Esque's studio of recycled glass. Pricing:
Pitcher with 2 Glasses: $418.00
Pitcher with 4 Glasses: $598.00
