Margraf is expanding to Iran in the luxury-building sector Arya Tower and Dashty Building

Margraf is continuing its expansion in Middle Eastern markets with new and important contracts in Iran's luxury building sector. Thanks to its range of exclusive marbles from owned quarries, as well as to tailored cutting-edge design and aesthetic solutions, Industria Marmi Vicentini is becoming one of the leading Italian companies in the natural stone and luxury building sectors in the region.

ARYA TOWER - Persis Commercial & Office Tower
A 16-storey building including a mall and luxury offices. The main characteristic of the interior design concept is the creation of a series of micro-gardens that stretch vertically above the city of Tehran. These green spaces that almost seem to float and climb up the building, matched with the transparent façades, are the centre of the project's concept.

In order to strengthen the bond between architecture and nature, the Persis Tower was designed in an area in the northern part of Tehran, at the feet of the Alboroz mountains. The concept captures the need for people to establish a dialogue and come into contact with nature. It is a new vision for the design and construction of a building that puts nature and people at the centre to make them live in, and share, the same space. The Persis Tower is not only an innovative building, but also a vision of the city of the future which is based on environmental sustainability, the use of natural materials like marble and energy efficiency.

The architects SHN. ALIDOOST and S. EFTEKHARAZAM have chosen Margraf Bianco Statuario Extra laid in book-match style for the main lobby and the executive floors.

Margraf will supply its fine Fior di Pesco Carnico® - a marble with light shades of white, grey and light pink and unique veins of which the company owns the world's only quarry - for the rest of the office spaces.
