Sandal Suites by Lemon Tree Hotels is one of a kind hotel comprising of 195 well-appointed service apartments. The concept of service apartments derives from the problem which is being faced by millennial generation who comes from various cities to work in NOIDA, and to deliver a space which lend homelike vibe for those staying away from home. The Lemontree hotels came up with an idea to introduce the concept of serviced apartments. Being within the close proximity of commercial complexes and MNC’s, equipped with pantry, mini bar, balcony - the suites/serviced apartments deliver state of the art facility of a home in a suite, being best suited for extended stays. Sandal Suites is the perfect amalgam of convenience, comfort and warm service. Amidst stylish, elegant and comfortable ambience to elevate guest experience, the hotel bears contemporary interiors. DESIGN:

Spread across 2,00,000 Sq. ft., located in peaceful and lush greens of NOIDA, the hotel exudes sophistication and panache from every aspect. In a single gaze onto the façade, one can easily relate to its mute and exquisite exteriors shouting out exclusivity. All the amenities and facilities like event spaces, meeting halls, recreational spaces, restaurant and suites are incorporated in this standalone multi-storied edifice. Fulfilling functions respective to the spaces the hotel gives pleasing visuals besides luxe interiors. Transforming modern geometry into exotica with befitting horizontal lines amidst beige colored walls, the lobby signifies what lies ahead. The minimalistic furniture elevates the aesthetics of the space and creates a sense of functionalism, which is being followed from the start till the end of the design sphere. A subtle color scheme is being used in flooring and a unique edge is added to the ceiling design. In the center, stands out a “Chandelier” - illuminating the lobby furthermore bequeathing aesthetics. Another interesting feature in the space is a “Glass Mosaic” which adds up a picturesque effect to the space with authentic Indian style.

ZONING:

Walking past the lobby, one steps into banqueting area and meeting spaces which are designed as large multi-purpose spaces used for various occasions. The banquets spread across varied areas of 4000sqft., 2400sqft. and 1600 Sq. ft. while meeting rooms with 500sqft. and 330sqft. areas respectively. Adjacent to these spaces, stands the 24*7 fine dine “Citrus Café” – an iconic restaurant chain of Lemon Tree Hotels,

visualized by horizontal lines onto interior walls which are being followed in from the exterior façade. Another restaurant cum bar accentuating design full flegedly is “Bitters” which comes with quirky yet elegant interiors. The amalgamation of colours including brown and hues of orange define this space. The ambience is hoisted by eclectic mix of illumination which plays a major role in uplifting the spirit of the space. Banquet spaces too are brought to life with red, black and beige in sync with minimalism creating exquisiteness. Moving beyond banquets to upper level, one reaches to 195 spacious suites, consisting of studio, standard, deluxe and crest suites spread across various levels. The studio suite has an area of 255 Sq. ft. comprising of twin beds, as well as a separate workstation and an independent balcony, which lends a breezy extension to the room and allows for an abundance of natural light. Standard suite is spread across 385 Sq. ft. consisting of a spacious bedroom with a separate workstation, living area along with a pantry. An independent balcony comes as a surprise opening towards sky and open grounds surrounding the area, which lends a wider extension to the room. Deluxe suite has an area of 515 Sq. ft. incorporating an exquisite bedroom, an independent balcony attaching living area to bedroom added as a highlight and a wider living room capable to accommodate more people. Crest suite is spread across a hefty area of 1340 Sq. ft. which is synonymous with modern luxury, comprising of an expansive bedroom, a gorgeously designed dressing area, a study, and an opulent bathroom. This high end luxury suite exudes a sense of understated luxury, comfort and style, complemented by state-of-the-art technology and efficient services.

DESIGN FEATURES
Sandal Suites takes lead by emphasizing on recreation, with an array of activities available on the premises. A fully equipped gymnasium with super shock absorbent and resilient elastic rubber flooring for multi-purpose activities has been installed in the center. Activities extend to the rooftop with an open to sky swimming pool for rejuvenation. “Kiyomi” – the spa acts as a perfect sanctum for guest experience. A close to nature environ is created with earthy wooden deck, indoor planters, pergola creating light and shade and LEDs recreating drama. Varied flooring textures of concrete, marble with inlay metallic, wooden panels, pebble across different spaces give a new insight to interior design. The hotel is a modern twist to classical architecture lending richness to surroundings and to users.
