Clad in white HardiePlank siding, the duplex was designed to mimic the industrial look of the shipping container extensions.
Though the house is in need of some dire repairs—including leaks and a lack of heat and water—it stands proud with its original architecture built entirely of concrete and glass. It cantilevers over the Silvermine River.
The kitchen is spacious and includes plenty of counter space to cook and entertain. Throughout the house, original radiant floor heating is still operable to this day. The surface has been updated with newer VCT flooring.
