Santa Fe Renovation

Eastside renovation completed in 2008. The original house built in 1978 had never been updated. The entire house was gutted, new garage, courtyards, portals, landscaping and entrance were added; all parapets were raised, doors and windows replaced; kitchen, bathrooms and all living spaces were renovated and a corner fireplace added to living room; a new casita was created attached to the main house.
