Kevin Lang, a native of the Southbay area of greater Los Angeles, has showcased his skills as a builder and designer in this "Avenues" Costal Plantation custom home. In this warm and cozy, yet spacious (6 bedrooms!) beach house, Kevin has built for the future owner, while acknowledging the historic "bungalows" that define the Redondo Beach community. And dually important to the beautiful design aesthetic, Kevin built this home with the budget in mind. Touting 6 beams (or less!) this home was value engineered to get the most space, build and beauty for the buck. Floor plan layout was carefully designed to situate the home perfectly on the lot to maximize build for dollar potential while making the space comfortably and livable.
