A New L.A. Exhibition Celebrates California Modernism

Two artists working in different media—painting and silk screening—join forces at a gallery near downtown to focus on midcentury architecture and design. The show, “California Modernists,” opens tomorrow at Gallery Nucleus in Alhambra.
