2010 AIA Housing Awards
Earlier this week, the American Institute of Architects awarded its tenth annual Housing Awards to projects across the country, several of which have been featured in Dwell. The Sky Ranch, an 800-square-foot home atop the 1.5-acre roof of a warehouse-office, is gracing the pages of Dwell's May 2010 "Small Spaces" issue, now on newsstands. The Formosa 1140 lead a roundup of modern multifamily residences in American in our October 2009 "Made in the USA" issue. In total, the AIA awarded prizes to 18 projects in four categories: One- and Two-Family Custom Housing, One- and Two-Family Production Housing, Multifamily Housing, and Special Housing.
