Meet the Dwell on Design Awards Jury
Sally Kuchar, a former designer and currently the cities editor at Curbed, will help select and hand out the 10 Dwell on Design Awards to exhibitors at the show. Stephanie Clemons, Ph.D., FASID, FIDEC, and the National Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), hosts a school from China at Colorado State University, where she teaches and mentors students.
Clemons, as a member of the Student Advisory Council of (ASID), mentors design students from Colorado State University.
The Dwell on Design Awards will include a special presentation of the Nice Modernist Award to Nina Smith, the executive director of GoodWeave, which endeavors to end child slavery in the rug industry and improve conditions for weavers by implementing fair labor practices and educational opportunities for their children.
